Refund Policy

Our Promise At Stitch LA we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right we are here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it with all tags still attached.

How To Start A Return To start a return please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange your item for a different size. To request an exchange please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the size you need.

Non Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that have been worn or washed Items without original tags Final sale items Items purchased with a discount of 50 percent or more

Wrong or Damaged Item If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund yet please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund please contact us through our Contact page and we will look into it right away.
